Indurent adds to executive team with appointment of Miranda Cockburn as Head of Strategy and Reporting

New senior hire joins from Berenberg and will oversee stakeholder reporting activities, primarily to Blackstone

Indurent, a leading developer, owner and operator of industrial and logistics space across the UK, has appointed Miranda  Cockburn to the newly created role of Head of Strategy and Reporting.

Starting on 3rd March, Miranda joins Indurent from Berenberg and will report to Tom Olsen, Chief Financial Officer and will also join Indurent’s Executive Committee, which is led by CEO Julian Carey. She will have responsibility for stakeholder reporting activities at Indurent, which is owned by funds managed by Blackstone, while also overseeing external engagement with the wider market and other key stakeholders.

With a career spanning 30 years in the real estate sector, Miranda brings extensive experience to her role. Most of her career was spent as an equity analyst at top investment banks, including JP Morgan Cazenove, Credit Suisse, Panmure Gordon and Stifel. She has been repeatedly recognised for her expertise, earning the No. 1 spot in the Institutional Investor/Extel UK awards multiple times, as well as Starmine’s No. 1 Earnings Estimator and Stockpicker awards.

A graduate of the University of Reading with a BSc in Land Management, Miranda began her career at Savills, qualifying as a chartered surveyor.
