Indurent Park Derby Named 2025 Commercial Development of The Year (East Mids) CoStar Impact Award Winner
Indurent Park Derby has been named the 2025 Commercial Development of the Year (East Midlands) at the CoStar Impact Awards. Selected by a panel of 630 industry professionals, the project was recognised for driving economic growth, innovation, and sustainability in the region.
Developed by Indurent, the project has transformed 27.1 hectares of brownfield land into a leading manufacturing and logistics hub, creating high-skilled jobs and attracting global businesses such as Rolls-Royce and Swedish med-tech firm Getinge. Originally earmarked for retail, the site was redeveloped through a partnership between Indurent, Network Rail, and Derby City Council.
