Over 30 years of history

Formed in 2024 by Blackstone, Indurent brought together the proven development capability of St. Modwen Logistics and applied the best-in-class operating platform of Industrials REIT to create a ‘best of both worlds’ operation which aims to service customers of all shapes and sizes, from small start-ups to logistics giants.

Our portfolio spans more than 28 million square feet, ensuring we have the right space to help facilitate the growth of all our customers, and our development pipeline of 30 million square feet ensures we will continue to bring forward new industrial and logistics developments which help to meet the ever increasing demand for high quality, modern industrial and logistics units across the country.

2024 Indurent is born

Industrials REIT and St Modwen Logistics are brought together, creating one of the UK’s largest owner, operator and developers of industrial and logistics.

2023 Blackstone acquires Industrials

Industrials REIT is acquired by real estate funds managed by Blackstone, a global leader in real-estate investment, and Julian Carey is promoted to CEO of Industrials REIT.

2022 Industrials REIT is born

The transition to 100% multi-let industrial portfolio is complete. Stenprop rebrands to Industrials REIT, aligning its identity with its strategic focus on industrial property investments and lists on the London Stock Exchange.

2020 Stenprop’s MLI asset management strategy growth & St. Modwen’s Responsible Business ambition

The percentage of MLI properties grow as Stenprop continues to acquire more industrial estates across the UK.

St. Modwen launches its Responsible Business ambitions, focusing on making a positive difference to society and the environment.

2018 Stenprop converts to UK REIT

Stenprop announces its strategic intention to become a fully focused UK multi-let industrial (MLI) business, aiming to become a leading player in this market, and converts to a UK REIT.

2017 Stenprop acquires the Industrials.co.uk portfolio

Stenprop acquires C2 Capital’s MLI portfolio and its Management team, a company founded by Julian Carey. Julian joins Stenprop as Managing Director.

2016 St. Modwen 30 years

St. Modwen celebrates 30 years as a publicly-listed company.

2014 Stenprop Limited

GoGlobal Properties acquires £600m of assets from Stenham Property, forming Stenprop Limited with Paul Arenson as CEO, which is later listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.

2012 St. Modwen Homes

St. Modwen launches its own house building business, St. Modwen Homes.

2004 Longbridge headquarters

St. Modwen acquires a 230-acre site at Longbridge, sparking a major regeneration project and becoming home to the company’s headquarters.

2003 FTSE 250

St. Modwen enters the FTSE 250.

1991 Regeneration strategy

St. Modwen establishes its regeneration strategy and begins partnerships with landowners, local authorities, and major companies.

1986 London Stock Exchange

St. Modwen becomes publicly listed on the London Stock Exchange.

1966 St. Modwen is founded

St. Modwen is founded by Sir Stanley Clarke.
